This Web site was founded by a friend in 1998. Over the years the content and design have changed many times. In March 2006 I began a redesign of the site from an older table based layout to a division based CSS layout.
The redesign uses PHP script to change the CSS on a page by page basis depending on whether an optional left hand side navigation bar is needed. Originally designed to work at 800 x 600 the sites width was widened to allow the page content, over which I have no control, to display properly. The CSS divisions are all relatively positioned or floating, and the CSS contains some hacks to allow the layout to render properly in older versions of Internet Explorer.
